When you shop with Blanket Babies we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our returns policy is compliant with Australian Consumer Law and if you have any queries or questions regarding our policy, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
Our Blanket Babies return & refund policy is only applicable to Australia.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale/discounted items unless they are faulty.
If you have purchased a FULL PRICED item from us that is an incorrect fit or you have simply changed your mind, we are happy for you to return item/s to us.
Returns must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date – we will not accept returns after this time
Please note we do not take responsibility for items that may be lost or damaged in transit.
Items must be in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging. Upon receipt of the items, we will issue you a store credit via email you placed the order with OR a refund to your original payment method.
Please contact us asap if there is an issue with your order and if you have received a faulty item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. If deemed faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement if available, gift card or a full refund.
Conditions of exchange and returns:
- The garment is returned within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- The garment labels or swing tags are still attached to the garment.
- The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size)*.
- The garment has not been damaged or soiled.
- The garment has not been altered by you in any way.
- The returned item is accompanied by the original receipt.
- The item is returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
